Hello there!

It's me, Amber. Nice to see you again!

It's been a minute (or maybe years) since I've shared a photo of myself (thanks to Tiger Lily Photography). I wanted to share my portrait photography philosophy.

I have been passionate about photography for as long as I can remember. My grandma had stacks of scrapbooks from her life, her parents, time spent driving street cars on the west coast, her sisters and brother... and eventually, me. She valued those images far more than any possession she had. This passion lives on in me today.

Photography informs our family history and tells tales that cannot be told by words alone. I am not a writer (clearly), but I love creating images that become heirlooms. Images that live much longer than we do.

It's an honor to be your photographer, and I want to preserve these moments for generations to come while showing you how beautiful your life is.
